Jean offers substantial knowledge in the titling and registration of vehicles in New York State, as well as many other states around the country. Her hands-on experience as an automotive biller enables her to explain laws and procedures in terms that dealership employees instantly understand.

 

 


4inst-mcandrewsWilliam McAndrews is a full-time business advisor providing guidance in strategy development and implementation, marketing services, organizational tactics and management solutions to small businesses and non profit organizations. Bill also provides leadership coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams, as well as assisting organizations with day-to-day management issues. A graduate of Pace University with a BBA in Accounting, he was awarded an MS in Education from Brooklyn College. He was a participant in Senior Executive Programs at University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University and Penn State University.

He has authored, lectured and currently consults on the changing landscape of the retail automotive industry and advises organizations on how to retain customers and prepare employees to embrace change through CRM initiatives, customized training, management development and confidential consultations. He has been selected to deliver national key-note workshops at eight NADA international conventions and four webinars, two RVDA conventions and the AAISP conference in Nashville.

Glenn has more than 20 years of experience with a proven track record of leading diverse teams of professionals to new levels of achievement in a variety of highly competitive markets and fast-paced environments. He has worked as an executive coach for all levels of leaderships from C-suite to the front line. Glenn continues to speak on a variety of topics that cover business leadership, change management, digital marketing and the impact of this new technology on culture, business and society.

After completing VW’s notable ‘Train the Trainer’ course, he became a sales trainer for World-Wide VW, Porsche and Audi Eastern. Next, he moved to The Trust Company of New Jersey where he was their Bank/Dealer Rep. While at the bank he was recruited by Peugeot Motors of America as their National Sales Training Manager. Frank started FCP-Sales Masters conducting seminars and classes through out the U.S. and Canada for dealerships, dealer associations and manufacturers. He has also taught at Hofstra and Bergen Community College and has been conducting classes for GNYADA since 1991.

Prior to starting Dealer eTraining, Stan had been in the automotive business for more than eight years where he has been successful in automotive sales, management, digital marketing, internet sales, and business development center direction.
