Jean offers substantial knowledge in the titling and registration of vehicles in New York State, as well as many other states around the country. William McAndrews is a full-time business advisor providing guidance in strategy development and implementation, marketing services, organizational tactics and management solutions to small businesses and non profit organizations. Bill also provides leadership coaching and mentoring to individuals and teams, as well as assisting organizations with day-to-day management issues. He has also taught at Hofstra and Bergen Community College and has been conducting classes for GNYADA since 1991.
